Mavic Object Tracking Vs. Autoflight For Inspire

    Can anyone that have used both tell me how Mavic's object tracking compared to Autoflight for the Inspire? I haven't really had any success using it for the Inspire and was wondering how well it tracks for the Mavic?

    I gave up on the inspire too, even the Osmo sucks at it... I guess time will tell. The better question is anyone with a P4 should have a better idea as the Mavic is pretty much a sexier version.

    I dont think there is any fair way to compare a Mavic to an Inspire. Especially since the tracking systems are completely different. The Mavic's tracking is based on the same setup as the Phantom - 2 cameras up front above the gimbal as well as the gimbal mounted camera itself. It seems, from the test videos, to "work" if you are not a) moving fast, b) making abrupt direction changes, c) are in decent contrast to your surroundings.

    Gotta wait till it hits the public, really.
