Mini 4

Just got my Mini 4 connected to the mavic and I am getting a popup about the battery, pic 1, disagree is ghosted, when I click on agree it opens another popup Pic 2.
When I select the x in Pic 2 it only leaves Pic 1

How can I get rid of the original popup in Pic 1 ?

I did turn everything off and restarted everything and still get that popup in Pic 1

Hope I have explained this so that somebody can help me.

Nothing happened, but it then said incompatible firmware and started doing a firmware update, all good now.
