I've searched the forums here and found this to be a very common problem...so can this be stated as a DJI problem that needs firmware fix?
I've spend almost the entire day the past few days trying to research and solve this. Updating computers, updating software, updating phones, trying new phones, trying new locations plus tons of time on chat and support trying one thing after the next.
It sounds like a phone problem; but I've now tried two phones with the same result and the phones are new and function fine otherwise, including GPS. I've tried in 5 different locations all with the same problem and not the slightest hint of working.
Everything else works fine. I just hate to think I'm wasting days on end on this when it might be a DJI problem. Any thoughts advice? I know it's been discussed a ton here but it seems a common problem that should have a specific answer and I've heard so many different pieces of advice.
