network unavailable check internet connection? What is wrong?

I am binding my mav to RC after a repair and it made me sign in to app and i am getting that message above yet I know i have internet because I am typing this question to ya'll what gives I am ready to fly?

For some reason every time I sign into app it will not connect for me .. I have found if I pull the lightning cable out of the device and replug it, it will connect...
