New guy from So Califonia

Hey guys,
Been lurking on the forum some because I'm gonna pick up a Mavic soon. I do photography on the side and thought this would be a great supplement to my current camera's. I've flow RC for quite a few years and thought this would be a great fit. I'd love to hook up with someone in the area and check out their rig.
Thanks for all of the great info here. I'll try to search before I ask!

Hey Scott
Much thanks for the comments on Alabama Hills. Just go for the Mavic. It flies well, takes a beating and video is close to P4Pro. Set white balance to manual otherwise each scene will be a slightly different color cast.
