New Mavic no picture

Hi, new to all of this new mavic has no image on RC or wifi, updated firmware last night can see all camera control options on tablet but no image. Gimbal works can move camera. Any help appreciated,

Which firmware versions do you see listed in the "General Settings" --> "About" section of DJI GO?

Have you tried using the USB cable? Are you using An Apple product or an Android? It seems that DJI products work better with Apple products.

G'day, have tried both RC and US, I'am using a Samsung galaxy tab the GO app seems a bit slow and clunky I'll try an Apple device and see if that helps thanks for the tip

I can see version 4.1.2(256-gp tablet), it is an older tablet so will give a newer device a run. Thanks for the input.

Seems i'm due for a upgrade on my tablet plugged into a I-pad got great image straight away, off shopping tomorrow. Cheers
