New Mavic owner looking for local classes for video editing

I am a new owner of the Mavic Pro and I have to say this is an amazing flying machine. I just came back from Los Barriles Mexico and took some great video, but I was hoping to find a local class that could help me, expedite the learning curve for editing. Where would I find a class in the Salt Lake City area?

A good starting point would be to decide which editing software you want use. Also your hardware is an essential component how to make your video editing possible.
