Yes... Correct. I'm a new Mavic owner. Just been informed by DJI that they have not even started on my Mavic. And it would be replaced by a refurbished unit. So I told them to just repair my own unit so I keep my own serial number.
But experiencing their speed, it will take weeks to get it done. And I don't have weeks. So, I bought a new Fly More pack from my dealer (so far, he has been supplied only 2 units and I bought them both).
At least I have a new reliable unit for skiing. And I have the original car charger and hub.
