Hey all - brand new Mavic Pilot, AND new to quads/drones in general. Never was a big RC car kid growing up, so remote-controlled anything is pretty much new to me. Got lucky in mid-February on Amazon, where they had the fly more bundle in stock; had it within a few days.
Probably flown her a dozen times now. Would be a lot more if it weren't for the constant poor weather. I've already begun the second half of this addiction: post-processing. Using Final Cut Pro X, putting together some pretty fun little videos incorporating the Mavic footage as well as GoPro and the Osmo Mobile. Started a YouTube channel that my soon-to-be wife and I will be chronicling our adventures on. All thanks to the MP!
