new to mavic pro question on picture/video at night

even on 720 1080 or 4k.. i get this blue contrast.. any one experience this.. what are the best night settings to have a better picture... when the drone stops the image gets perfect in 4k at night in the sky but when i rotate or go forward i get this blue pixels on the edges.. sample picture attached.

any help will be appreciated.
