Excatly when I wrote this is got a email saying my visa has been chargedesigned so hopefully they will ship soon.

Not saying anything more than I stated. After reading it myself, I decided to place my P4P+ order directly from DJI, as NewEgg charges sales tax! I'm also not clear on how NewEgg orders can ship directly from DJI any sooner than DJI can ship directly to their own customers. Return policy is also DJI's, and not NewEgg's, since DJI is a 3rd party seller on NewEgg.

You're wrong. I ordered a Battery on Nov 24, it shipped just now on 1 Dec. The Mavic is supposed to ship by Dec 15, I'm thinking it will.

I'm never wrong! NewEgg charges sales tax on 3rd party sellers like DJI selling through them. All NewEgg DJI orders ship directly from DJI. Return policy is DJI's, same as directly ordering from DJI. DJI is shipping their own direct orders now, too. So, what exactly is it that you claim I am wrong about?

NewEgg only charges tax to orders shipped to California, Indiana, New Jersey and Tennessee.

Bingo! In CA, DJI pays the sales tax when you order directly from them. Both orders come from the same DJI inventory and ship from the same place in China, and also suffer from DJI's severely limited 7 day return policy.

You are wrong again. DJI is not a 3rd Party reseller. They sell their own product directly through NewEgg. A 3rd party seller is someone who sells another company's product through a 3rd party's website or store.
