after I have upgraded to .800, anybody know where it is ?

I have never used it but thought I would try it.

Tripod mode is very useful for smooooooth shots, pans, and anything you want to dramatically speed up afterwards (like a timelapse).
You can access the intelligent flight modes by touching the RC icon (right below the RTH icon) on the main app camera screen.

Your photo shows what you get when you swipe from the camera view screen....that doesn't bring up flight modes. As Lake_Flyer says above, you need to tap on the RC icon on the main screen...that will take you into Intelligent Flight Modes, and give you two screens you can swipe between for the different modes. (Make sure you've enabled Intelligent Flight Modes in the app).

The right button on the underside of the remote is what I use to bring up the modes. That's the way I roll. Don't hate the player, hate the game.
