Obstacle Avoidance problem with sun in Mavic Pro

Same thing happened to mine today. Seems to be a undocumented feature.

This feature is part of the Icarus update.

It happens to me too. It sees the low sun as an obstacle. Fly backwards? Switch to Sport mode? Turn off obstacle avoidance?

This is the reason I have turned rth OA off.If for some reason you need rth there is a possibility it wouldn't come back due to the mentioned scenario.

I had it happen on a Litchi mission where it was crawling at 6 MPH instead it 19. I wasn't sure what to do to force it to get to the next waypoint so I bailed. Can I just manually turn it away from the sun and it will complete the mission?

I'm wondering if they fixed that bug on Mavic Pro 2 obstacle sensors. I fly with obstacle detection OFF
