No. Yes they have vector thrust controls etc. But with the delay in power output from the jet propulsion system that takes skill, lots of skill. And money... A good jet propulsion system is upwards of $10k. At my local club we have a Jets Over Coolum day (Coolum is the name of the suburb of the club) and most of the jets are $20k plus...
