Ordered Paid For but seems to vanished

Checked my DJI account and it tells me I have no outstanding orders. Emailed DJI and the automated response said it may be some time before I get a reply. Anyone else have this problem

How long between the time you ordered and then checked your account? And did you get a order confirmation email?

Hi order placed about 10/3 and that was the day I got a confirmation email with an order number

Very interesting. How did you pay? Always do PayPal if you can as it will give you maximum protection.
