Point of interest below take off height

I tried to fly and record a point of interest that was down hill from my take off level but the Mavic refused to let me operate in this mode, kept telling me minimum height 5m, anyone any suggestions how I can overcome his problem. I have heard other flight operating software can be used.

I can confirm that litchi can record POIs below takeoff height
