PolarPro ND vs ND-PL

Is it worth it to get the newer ones that also polarize? I know polarizer is directional. Just wondering, if the filter is going to be on anyway, any reason NOT to prefer the PL polarized version?

I just got my PP ND filters and was pleasantly surprised to see that they were polarized as well. I live in SW Florida and film quite a bit over water. It will be great to be able to see the fish, schools of fish, etc.
