Stabilising dronelapses

I recently took about 30 minutes of video with the drone unmoving in a steady hover that got sped up to about 30 seconds in post. Like a timelapse, but just using sped up video to show cloud movement.

Despite not being a very windy day, and the mavic producing very nice stable video when viewed at normal speed, speeding it up REALLY exaggerates every little movement and the result is nasty.

I've tried various modes and settings in warp stabiliser in premiere to try to get it to look better, with limited success - it's certainly a lot better than just the sped up raw video, but it's not as good as I think it could be if I understood warp stabiliser better.

Does anyone have experience radically speeding up footage from a stationary drone who can offer any hints about getting a good quality stabilisation in post.

Run the whole video through hyperlapse? M$ has free options to try it out. Best video saving software I own now.
