sticks don't work, bad calibration

hey guys ...
unfortunately my first flight wasn't successful..
I'm kicking myself for trying to calibrate the rc..
I didn't understand the process and did it incorrectly..
now the sticks won't respond..
I tried to recalibrate several times ..
I get a calibration 4 error..
Does anyone know how to reset the remote to factory settings or how to fix it??

okay ...
as I thought I didn't perform the stick calibration correctly causing the sticks to not respond..
solution was doing the calibration again and again until it worked.. it can be tricky to get the dot to go around the square and it needs to be done efficiently at a decent pace.
after thinking about it I don't suggest doing any unnecessary calibrations unless prompted by the go4 app..
i registered, updated firmware and calibrated the sticks..
I passed on the imu calibration as I have done with my p2v+ and inspire 1..i calibrated my i1 after the second firmware when a buddy suggested to do so.
Anyway..
flying drones can be a awesome experience, but when things don't work right or you have a crash it's a huge disappointment..

On my LG K4 I can't even do the calibration for the the sticks, since the page wont fit on my screen, now I consider myself lucky!
