I got my new Mavic but I can not get it to work, the DJI Go App does not connect to my iPhone not sure whats going on??? Any suggestions
 
What kind of iPhone do you have?
 
Did you try activating your Mavic like this?


If so, where exactly do you get stuck in that process?

It seems like a technical issue on your end. I can see it.
 
Which version of DJI GO do you have installed? What do you see in DJI GO when it starts up?

Feel free to post a video of what you're doing if you think it'll be easier to show than putting it into words.
 
I down loaded the latest version from the Mavic QR Link, I'll try to delete the app and reinstall it again. All I got is a screen that says choose your model then when I select the Mavic the only thing I can see is how to Connect but it never goes anywhere after that
 
How are you connecting your iPhone and remote controller?
 
I have never really had good luck downloading qr linked apps.
I would suggest just downloading it from the App Store and try again.
Be sure your lightning cord and plug or secure. Be sure everything is powered up with at least 50 percent battery and try again.
 
Make sure you only have one cable plugged into the remote controller. If you're already doing that, then try a different Lightning cable.
 
Unplug the USB at the side of the controller if you are using the bottom USB.
