USB power surge when plugging mavic

im having error while pluging my Mavic into my Windows computer.

"USB power surge error"

i dont know if the problem was my PC or the mavic cable.

anyone encounter similar problems?

Not seen that one myself, but I have to ask why are you plugging it in at all? My Mavic has never had to be connected to my computer, maybe I'm missing something?

Hmm transferring files and firmware update?..

Do it with DJI Go4 and WiFi, it'll prompt you and do it automatically when a firmware update is required, and use a USB adaptor for getting files. No occasion to go 'poking round' in the bird itself IMO.

i dont know i just feel like its more proper to do in a computer. anyways, i will follow your advice.

also realizing ive been using the wrong cable . OMG.
