Video feed glitch randomly

Was out flying not long ago and noticed a video glitch while flying.then an error stating Radio Channel Quality Poor. Some insight on how to fix this problem would be great.

Side note I spoke with DJI support and they told me to calibrate the IMU which I did and still having issues.

Well thanks to DJI they told me that I need to have my phone is Airplane mode to keep the video from glitching.

Did turning on Airplane mode work? I'm also having video distortion.

Yes that does work.. Make sure you don't have wifi interference

Thanks GhostRider. Unfortunately I was so concerned that this could be a worse issue with the drone so I decided to returm it. I just wasn't sure if it was Wi-Fi interference or drone. Had to play it safe.

Hi there! ! !

I have the problem with my mavic pro!

Controller connects to drone but info is shown ; "system warning" , "check app" !!!

On the other hand another info on my djj go app (few days ago was upgraded to a newest system version) is shown ;
"radio chanel quality" "poor"
..and video fpv is blank and can't even CSC to start props because of those infos

Please anyone help me!!!
