Which DJI Assistant 2?

I finally found where to download it off of the website but it's giving me two options. ZIP or EXE. Which one do I use and what's the difference? Thanks

The ZIP is just a compressed version of the same application. I guess DJI has it there in case people want to download a smaller file.
