Yea, it took 3 days for them to get back to me on mine. But, I have it and all is well.

Update. I heard back from DJI Customer Service this morning, advising my drone SN was reset and giving me the link to purchase DJI Care Refresh. My Mavic is now covered.

I will soon. Out here I was able to get my P3A to about 10,000 feet.

Forgot to mention. I used my Samsung Galaxy S7. It worked perfect with no problems.

Well, got a reply this morning telling me they have "already escalated this issue to our Verification team to clear your records". Once they get a reply I will get another email.

I had the same issue, called today and was told the same thing. Sent the email this afternoon. Will hopefully hear back tomorrow. I'll add that I can not tell this refurbished unit from a new one. It looks great. I believe it was manufactured August 2017 according to the SN.

Thanks. That's kind of along the lines of what I'm thinking. I will fly with my Galaxy S7 at first to see how things go. If I have issues the iPhone will be in my future.

My Mavic is on order and scheduled for delivery Monday. I've been doing a lot of reading on the Apple v Android issues with DJI Go. In the past I had no issues with my P3A and an Android device but I'm kind of resigned to the fact that I will eventually have to switch to Apple. At the moment...

Thanks for the welcome. My P3A was a refurbished unit. When I bought it I reasoned it would have been thoroughly tested and should be good to go. It looked like new and flew great. Hopefully the Mavic will be the same.

It seems someone has already designed a tablet holder. DJI Mavic 7-8" Tablet adapter- Preorder I'm glad to see it for a couple reasons. 1. I own a Samsung Galaxy S7 and really don't want to get another phone to be compatible. 2. I own a Nivdia K1 Shield that worked great with my P3A.
