I have been using the Sunnylife 6 in 0ne charger for Mavic 2 for several months now. and it has worked great no problems at all. I also like the fact that it charges all 4 of my batteries at the same time.

I think the remote volume is controlled by the volume on your phone or tablet that you are using. If you turn your phone volume up or down the volume from the remote goes up or down
