I've made almost 400 flights with my Mavic Pro and only ever had one issue and that was after an app update, but even then it landed fine. (Calibrated the compass twice in all that time btw, never an issue.) I love my Mavic :)
Does the prop that came off still have all it's 3 hooks that clamp into the motor? I'm guessing not, since it came off, but props can develop hairline cracks at these stress points and you should take the props off regularly and check those little hooks for cracks. Also the hinge points where...
No that could never be because if that were true it would be very unsafe. To cut off vision can never be a deliberate act of the software, too dangerous. It's a fault. Has to be. Hope your flight goes well!
Update 11 januari 2018: I've rolled back my DJI Go4 app to version 4.1.15 and did a flight this morning. No problems, no pop-up messages, nothing. It was an excellent flight so for the foreseeable future I'm going to keep flying with version 4.1.15

I updated the app today on my Galaxy S5 and I can confirm it works fine now. Looking forward to trying the Pano option. Luckily I have Photoshop to stitch it all together because I gather most people are having trouble doing that inside the app.
Yes it's different but I would love a few mountains or something. Like, have you seen 'Drone Girl' on youtube? She's my favorite and she lives in Ireland. Beautiful landscape to fly in. As for earthquakes, I've experienced 4 quakes one of which was a 3.0 and they are pretty violent. Like a...
Yes that is a commonly reported glitch in the app. You'll need to use some other software to stitch those pictures together. Once again DJI released a feature without first testing if everything works on all the different platforms.
