Yep... about 20 seconds on the edit. Step 1... bring up photo in Photoshop and adjust the highlights and shadows.

Lower the ISO the better the quality of the picture.Basically "more pixels" is the way to look at it kind of.
Shutter speed just simply adjusts for the correct exposure.
I would go with Photoshop, just my preference but the learning...
Keep in mind I'm NOT... a "drone expert" just a guy that flies over water ALL THE TIME.
After some pretty extensive testing... what we learned is that you have to SEE IN YOUR MIND what the bottom sensors see.

Not sure this 100% applies... but I was having horrible issues with screen going dark due to overheating. Tested Iphone 7 plus, and 5S. Since then went to the IPAD Mini 4, wireless only, and LOVE it. I had Amazon points from my AMEX so it cost me about $100 which also helped on my decision.
Either keep the phone (6) or get a IPAD Mini 4 is just my advice.
You can always sell the 6 later on too.

In the end...
It's easier to just shut off all assisted flight tools so your MIND is focused on FLYING and not worrying about any EXTREME corrections the drone might make due to them.
