I have one and the early tests are good. I keep it on in the case and believe it does give some protection to the camera.

I'm finding that after a flight the edited short video is already in the DJI GO 4 app when I open it. The exception was when I had run out of memory on my iPad Mini 4. Since I have created more memory it is back to doing these automatically.

Had the Mavic Pro....it wasn't worth the wait for me. Sold it used at a small profit. Don't miss it. Wanted cheaper and even easier drone to fly on my outdoor adventures. Loved that this one doesn't require a remote, has many advanced features that Mavic Pro 2 will have in a couple years...

Gesture control, hand launch, hand landing, 3D front sensors, pano mode, blurred background mode, USB charging, and no need for remote control for most selfie photos or videos. Also shows more range in WiFi mode than Mavic in tests. And this is just what we know now, just wait until release...

So many new features on this new Spark over the Mavic.

If you want all the new advanced features DJI has to offer and can live with a small difference in video quality for internet use then get the Spark with its 3D sensors, gesture control, wireless charging, USB charging, one touch pro-style flying modes, pano & shallow focus images, and less...

Sorry, my comment about Mavic Pro being outdated was not fair to the MP. I think I had some built-up resentment from the MP forum and their derogatory comments about the Spark. I think I have it out of my system now:-)

Wireless Charging....Another reason to buy the Spark over the outdated Mavic Pro

Wanted the latest technology of 3D sensors, gesture control, pano, wireless charging, microUSB charging, and smallest size DJI drone. Mavic Pro doesn't have any of these things and costs twice as much. WTF! Bring on the Spark and it's 1080 camera, who needs 4K for sharing on the internet? Not me!

Ok, all I saw was an index page a couple days ago. I see they have a very unoccupied site up now. Too bad, but just link your new Spark site from here and we'll find it. Looking forward to a Spark Forum that has constructive comments and info about Spark rather than so much talk about it not...
