Make sure the side port is unplugged. Had the same issue with Mavic. The underside usb will not work if the side usb has anything plugged in

Exact same for me. Similar to my 11/26 order which I received on 12/8. I expect to see a shipping update in the next day or two.

Thanks for the suggestion guys. You are correct, and Goof Off was not the way to go.

Will try heating first, but suspect may make things worse. Very disappointed. The Mavic surface is textured unlike the Phantoms and that may be the cause. I never had a problem with the Phantoms.

I would really consider ordering the Mavic Basic from Apple. Batteries and props now appear readily available and the only real savings in the Fly More combo is the Bag, which in my opinion is not your best case option in any event. An amazon basic basics bag is a better option.
