Yes, the BMS has correctly determined this pack is toast. Properly discard and replace it. It is dangerous to charge that cell at 0.5V. Don't try. That's why the technology is stopping you. Don't bypass it, as you've suggested.

I have more fun flying an Avata with the Motion controller, but it's okay for flying the Mini3P. When the purpose of the flight is capturing stills, the motion controller is worthless. When what's coming through the camera is just for flying, the MC2 and goggles is a blast.

You don't pair the MC3 with the aircraft, unlike the MC2. You pair the MC3 with the goggles 3, and the goggles with the aircraft.
