Speleo is actually safer compared to other type if extreme sports...
U either always w your legs on the ground, or, connected to a rope.
And as for floods.. well.. don't get to a cave in the monsoons season
The thing I find most thrilling is the untouched nature U can find in this kind of places

I agree, watching B-roll only video will top on eyeballs on around 3min
If U want to hold on for more than 3min then you should tell a story... or, break your 6 weeks into multiple short B-roll videos ( maxing at 3min each )... that is my take

Lambs Knoll is located right out of the park, on the other side of "N Kolob Ter Rd" ( which marks the boarder of the Nat Park )
There are many scenery places in this area that are not in the park, Lamb Knoll is one, Water Canyon is another, if U R around I recommend paying a visit...

One of the best hiking trails in the south, and only 20min drive from Eilat, a perfect trail for the hardcore hiker staying in Eilat.
Be waned though, the trail has many drop offs and narrow trails going between haven to earth, not recommended for those who are afraid of heights.
