in the US, technically you need a 500ft bubble, so either 400 vertical + 100 horizontal or what ever combination to achieve a 500 ft bubble around any people not participating in your flight. any person not involved, not necessarily a crowd.

Totally untrue. did you see the kid in England who got hit in the eye by a spinning propeller due to a phantom crash? i would consider losing an eye a serious injury... no?

its the best way to determine the winds effect on the craft, also if there's a gps issue or error, you can flip to atti in any other dji craft to recover.
