That's odd, Markim. My successful test (Post #2) was using a 64 GB card (San Disk Extreme, V30, U3, A2 to be precise).......

Might it have something to do with the fact that (a) the OP produces a variable bit rate output which is (b) wrapped in an MP4/MKV wrapper and (c) coded in H.264 or H.265 ? Perhaps these are affecting things - just some thoughts on what might be different from your other types of 'good' source.

Mine is at v01.08.00.20 and face-tracks fine. I had to double-tap over my face on the tiny screen for it to register but once it did it was rock solid. (For what it's worth, the test was done in 4k/50, manual exp, AFC). I presume the update process to .18 went to the end without hanging?

I convinced myself at one point the smoke was going into, not coming out of, the smoke gun. Was that an optical illusion, or did you reverse that particular clip for some reason?

If you haven't done it already, you might want to check on the Litchi website that they "approve" use of your particular phone. Way back I had occasional jerky movements in Litchi missions on a Moto G 2nd generation phone, and Litchi suggested using a device with more horsepower. Litchi software...

Enjoyed it very much. For me, the pans of the townscape could have been a little slower for my eyes, but that's being picky!

@Canes76 I'd be interested to know your camera sharpness settings on this material. To my eyes it all looks a bit over-sharpened. For example the railings on the gallery seem to have white lines left and right of the actual uprights. (Maybe it's a YouTube artefact!) - Mike -

I think there are just two types of computer user: those who have never had a hard disc crash, and those with adequate back up regimes.... Going back to the OP, I wonder if it might be worth checking the need for 32 GB of RAM? I have 16GB in my video editor and the computer (Win10) never seems...
