None of these "issues" in the video are a concern.

I fly in the city all the time. Just depends where in the city. Downtown you'll have to worry about signal loss, compass issues and RTH altitude around tall buildings. In the neighborhoods, not so much.

Yes. It's part of my pre flight check. I can inspect each prop for damage and that there are no binds in the motors before takeoff.
