As I said, I was able to fix it myself, so you may want to try all the resets you can think of before you send it back, but I apologise for not being more help.

Ptevee - I had something very similar happen with my Mavic Pro a year or so ago - a sudden change in the quality of the pictures introducing much more graininess. At first I thought I was perhaps imagining things but was then able to recreate a shot I already had in identical daylight...

One would really hope the folks at the FAA have got better things to do.. There’s some stunning scenery in there (DW that is) and capturing some of it with a drone needn’t bother anybody.

I'd never had this problem before, but hadn't flown my MP since last Sept. Got it out two weeks ago, updated all firmware/apps and flew it (Connected with iPhone 6s) and had this 'Disconnected' message pop up after about 90 secs around 200m away. As with other posters, still had remote control...
