If you do your post processing on a Mac, iMovie lets you capture stills from videos.

I know that folks often try to match the scenes to the beat of the music, but when the music is fast like in your video, I'd do it every two measures instead of one (every 8 beats instead of every 4 beats). Doing it every 4 beats doesn't leave the scene up long enough for viewers to enjoy it.
