The port is definitely a micro USB, try your phone charger (if it is an micro usb one)

I just received this holder... looks nice, but it's crap. The arm can't hold the weight of my iPad, so it has to rest on my hands which is not comfortable at all.

Did you find a solution for the sped up playback?? Just did my first flight today, and I'm having the exact same problem.
Hopefully it's just some kind of setting that i missed .

A lot of nice places around Sydney... There's the Bronte to Bondi coastal walk which also includes an amazing old cemetery. Make sure to do this early though because it does get super busy. Might be worth checking the restrictions, because there are quite a few tourist helicopters flying around...
Can you describe a bit more what happened?? Seems like you were flying it close to a lot of metal, that might have caused some interference. You got so lucky not hitting that power line during take-off!

Sorry missed the applecare bit... yes they will replace the battery for free when it's below 80%. But not the whole phone though.
