I had the same problem, private dirt strip near my house was classified as 'restricted zone" , "aircraft will takeoff and hover" on the GO4 app, but wasn't listed as such on they're website, it took a week to 10 days worth of emails, screenshots back and forth but they finally reclassified it...

Finally got warm enough to fly today here in interior Alaska, lost GPS for a few minutes going fast in sport mode like I expected, went a little nutzoid then regained GPS, no problems after that as long as I didn't zoom around in sport mode. I guess I just need to be patient and not use sport...

Took my online test today, printed out my certificate, now just need my CFI to do his part then send it in to the FSDO, it was pretty painless aside from the frustration in trying to figure out what to do and where to go next to complete the process. Sent from my iPad using MavicPilots

Be glad you have them, you never know when you'll bump into something and be grounded if you didn't have a spare. They don't wear out under normal use, but some of the most experienced drone pilots have need for a spare from time to time. Sent from my iPad using MavicPilots
