I's all so confusing. Some members say you can and some say you can't over 400 ft rule. Where can I read the laws of the FAA on recreational drone flying ?

Heck I bought a new mp from DJI and it came with a faulty battery. Was so exited to fly but was not going to wait to fly from the time I sent it to the time I get it covered under warranty so I bought the bundle pack. Glad I did. Got the replacement after 10 days but I was in the air in 3 days

I like to practice my s and figure 8 turns at a low altitude about 75 feet and it is over the neighbor hood. just want to know if that is legal.Don't want to get in trouble if for some reason some one gets mad. If they do I'll fly some where else.:(
