    Thanks for the information, interesting that they are going down the same route as they did with me.
    The modes that I found that caused the black screen were Spotlight and POI. The video turned black approximately 15 to 35 seconds after exiting the mode (I haven't tested Quickshots etc, but I will when I get the chance).

    Steve, By the time I read your most recent posts, the moderator shut it down, not sure why I saw nothing wrong with the posts and the issue was not resolved. Now that I see Trietek has an account, I will try to explain to them directly.

    The weather here is raining so I can't do any testing untill the rain stops.
    Another user with the same set-up as us has reported that the black screen issue appears to happen about 10 seconds after he has been using intelligent modes, such as active track, spotlight, POI etc. So for example if he has been using spotlight mode, when he exits spotlight mode, then 10 seconds later, the black screen happens.

    Thinking back to my test flights yesterday, only 3rd flight I tried spotlight mode then a POI, exited that mode, switched to photos, I was lining up a shot & the screen went black.
    There was about 10 seconds between exiting POI mode & black screen

    If you get the opportunity today, could you test this theory please?

    The rain has stopped here for now, so I've been out and done some test flights.
    I have found that if flying manually, I can video and photograph without the issue occurring, however if I use spotlight mode or POI, then between 15 to 35 seconds after, the video turns black. I have repeated the test a few times and I'm now certain that is when it happens. Let me know if yours does the same?
