100% of RAW photos and around 40% of videos also don't get saved on SD, only low-res on phone.

Every time i get back home it's a lottery to see which videos were saved and which weren't.
RAW photos can be seen through the app (info- shows that they're 20-30mb which makes sense) but no options to save onto SD or phone.

I've tried the Assistant 2 software but can't access any media through it.

I've tried connecting the Mavic directly, or SD adaptors, nothing has worked.

Are you looking at the SD card on RH side of Mavic?
By far the best way to download is take it out and use a card reader.
You won't be able to do much with RAW photos or 4K video on a phone.

It's possible the SD card is faulty in some way - always worth trying another suitably fast one if possible.

I can see the footage through the app when the RC is connected, but when I check the content on the SD card through the computer that's when none of the photos show up and some of the videos are missing. somehow RAW images don't import, and there is no option to import/save selected photos in hi-res through the phone

Use an SD card reader, your videos and photos are most likely on the card. If not as the other poster said you have a slow or bad card.
