I am up to date with all my firmwares using an iPad mini 2 wifi/cell. I have recorded a 1080p 30fps video and when I watched it, I can see equal time waves of almost stoppage or pause I could say. It almost like every second there is a weird non smooth video.. Hard to explain. But when I record at 1080p at 60fps it was perfect fluid video? Any thoughts? I don't have the video to share.
Should I just use 2.7k at 30fps for best result? I will be using the footage always for my Youtube channel videos at 1080p.
