60% battery suddenly drops to 10%

On my second flight from brand new, my M2Z was about 550 ft away with 66% battery, when suddenly a message appeared indicating low battery at 10%. I stopped its forward flight and started to bring it home when the warning went away with the battery above 60%. If that was not weird enough, the log viewed in Phantom Help Viewer showed nothing strange and gave no special message at that point in the flight. Also, the cell voltages were balanced.

Does anyone have an idea on this?

Usually any information or warning message reported in flight will also appear in the fight log.

To the extent you had a glitch it would seem to be a rare one. Haven’t seen it reported before.

You should post flight logs. Try uploading to airdata. The battery voltage trend might be helpful.

None of those threads seem to be relevant. My point was to have the low battery warning with no evidence in the flight log (false error) seems to be a rare glitch.
