I have a Mini and wondered if I can attach an IPad to the controller instead of my IPhone. Has anyone done this and,if so, was it a great benefit ?

yes you can use an adapter to mount the I Pad to the RC ,the advantage is that the larger screen is easier to see ,especially if you use a hood as well to help shade the screen from the sun

I went with the iPad Mini 5 but then I move up to the Tripltek Pro 8 because I got tired of the "hood." Both are "heavier" so I had to go with Lanyard mount and strap. Here is a picture of each.

Yeah another ..... "Hey lets try this" moment. But it worked out because the newer Triplet Tablet got thinner and more powerful.
