Hi and welcome to a place where you are going to meet some really good people...if you notice on the lower left side of your dialogue box you will see a box that you can click on to edit your post and make corrections....hope you et your charging problem straightened out
Sounds like the battery inside your controller has gone bad. Unfortunately, those are really "user serviceable" (unless you have some decent electrical/tech skills). Would be nice to know how old/now much you have used this controller; sitting (unused) for a long time may be the source of the problem.
There is probably little you can do other than to plug it in and it either charges or it doesn’t.
If no luck with info here from others, it might still be under warranty ?
If so act as soon as possible and get onto DJI.
