Where can I find the documentation showing all of the various symbols can be displayed and their meanings.

All kinds of red warning symbols are displayed occasionally. I am trying to guess what they mean.

maybe it would help if you were more specific to what you want . I could show you lots of red warning symbols from anything .
are wanting to know what the symbols are in a software program .in a uav book .or on a display .or in an aircraft cockpit?

I'm Sorry that you are not understanding my question...

On the DJI Fly App, it will display the "camera view", which displays the view from the camera and the status of the aircraft, including the camera view and the various status displays of the the aircraft. At the lower center display of the aircraft display there is the "Aircraft Oreintation Display" where it shows various displays of the "Aircraft Oreintation Displays" showing the status of the GPS reception or lack of GPS status etc... But, I see several symbols of the "Aircraft Orient Display" that are displayed in RED with strange symbols that I cannot recognize.

Is there a documented page in the user's guide that explains all of the symbols and the details about what is going wrong with the aircraft?

One of the "abnormal status" of the orientation display is when AC does not yet have a GPS lock/homepoint set. The center is the AC's HP.
A symbol of a phone with a slash in the center is most likely mobile's compass cannot be read. Either it doesn't have one (rare but does occur) or app doesn't have access/permission to it either directly or through location services.
