Aircraft orientation issue

Ok, was out this evening. The distance away the fly app was showing was nowhere close to actual distance. Drone was sitting at my feet, and app was saying 50 feet away. Tried compass and IMU calibration. Was still not registering even close. Any ideas?

Maybe turn off removed battery and turn off rc...hard reset the ones and zeros...just a thought
