Aircraft Signal Interruption warning

Flying today in the neighborhood toward an open field area. In the open field area I get a "Aircraft Signal Interruption" warning and it wants to RTH. This has happened twice now in the same area. Flight log shows 1950ft from home and it was about 130 ft alt. I'm a newbie so what is most likely happening here? Antennas were up, I was facing the direction of the AC. It was also a clean line of sight too.

May just have reached max range. BTW you can abort an RTH once signal is restored.

Another thing worth mentioning.... when it did the "Auto Return to Home" it was set at 250ft. I ALWAYS set my RTH at 100ft and I remember doing that right before this flight. Is there a separate RTH and Auto RTH setting?
