Any reason to upgrade from .400?

I've got my Mavic on it's original firmware. It has worked great so far, but I noticed that I'm not behind 4 firmware updates.

Are there any compelling reasons to upgrade from .400 .

Or for that matter, are there any compelling reasons NOT to upgrade from .400 to .800?

The only reason I upgrade is that I hate seeing the red icons saying I need to upgrade my firmware. The last upgrade messed with my camera setting & all my pics are out of focus. They really need to cut down on the upgrades.

I just read about all the crazy new NFZ and internet requirements when you change locations. Can all this be circumvented by switching of that one "GEO" button or did they take that option away on .800

Fw800 will have nfz prompts updates.... You'll need web connection every time in a new geographic area.... Don't bother updating

I'm on the latest FW and I have not been restricted in any way other than the one-time login (which is hardly a restriction)

Been flying around 2 islands in Hawaii for 7 days on app 405 an fw 400, no nfz or geo. ... Didn't even do any calibration considering my mp came from mainland.

I'm flying .700 - far and stable. Don't think I'll ever go to .800.
