I'll be traveling in France and Switzerland next year. Can someone tell me where to find their flying regulations.

I found this website.
It looks like our Drones (Mavics) are classified as Class A when used for recreational purposes only, and Class D when used for video or aerial photography. Further Scenario 1( direct line of site no further than 100m horizontally) or Scenario 2 (FPV less than 1km horizontal), both outside of populated zones require a pilots license (theoretical portion). It doesn't say if that license needs to be of French origin, so perhaps an FAA part 107 license, or similar from other countries if you're not from the States, would satisfy that requirement?

In France they have more aggressive privacy laws regarding photography in general, also the main tourist sites you are not going to be welcome though might get away with discrete use at quiet times of day.
Just like everywhere else in practice the rules are somewhat flexible if no-one is around to see or hear it.
